However, once they are approved then no, you can't make changes. Perhaps your right though, curators should be able to make edits on any slides in the system...i'll look into that. Once they're added you can't go in and correct them... you must delete and start over (right?). I like the new look. You should develop a simple printing feature that will autoformat all the slide images in a test to the size you want and then print them all at once (and something similar for their corresponding info, too?).
